What should I bring?
A towel and robe are included. Do not bring scrubs, tea or strongly scented products. Ask about other preparation for your chosen treatment.
Can I arrive without an arrangement?
Arrange your visit first: walk-ins may not be admitted when the space is full. Share your date and guest count with the team.
What are the house rules?
Arrive sober and respect the quiet atmosphere. Running and jumping into the pools are not allowed. Discuss a visit with children in advance.
