How long is a standard visit?
The standard visit is three hours, including changing time. Individual steam sessions last 15–20 minutes; hydrogen baths and inhalation sessions last 30 minutes. Agree any extra time and separately charged treatments before payment.
Are towels and robes provided?
A towel and robe are included. A banya hat costs 300 THB. Ask the team about any personal items needed for the experiences you choose.
Can I arrive without arranging a visit?
Advance arrangements are recommended because the number of guests is limited. Walk-in visitors may not be admitted when the space is full. A request on this site does not hold a place.
Can I come alone, as a couple or with a group?
You can discuss any of these formats. MAJI describes 15 guests as a comfortable ordinary capacity. Up to 30 is a separate scenario for one private party using the whole space, subject to an agreed arrangement; the team confirms the date and arrangements.
Is there parking, and how do I find the entrance?
MAJI has its own parking and a marked entrance. Use the map on the Find us page for the address on Bandon-Cherngtalay Road. If you need assistance on arrival, discuss it with the team beforehand.
What are the visiting rules?
Arrive sober and respect the calm atmosphere. Do not run or jump into the pools, and do not bring your own scrubs, tea or strongly scented products. Children must also behave calmly; ask the team about any age or treatment-specific limits before arranging a family visit.
What are the opening hours?
MAJI is open daily, 10:00–22:00, Phuket time. Agree your arrival time and the availability of your chosen experiences before setting off.
Where can I check the price and what is included?
A three-hour visit is 1,000 THB Tuesday–Thursday and 1,200 THB Friday–Sunday. A towel, robe and taxes are included. An extra hour costs 30% of the admission tariff: 300 or 360 THB respectively. Hydrogen baths, inhalation and individual steam sessions are separate. Ask about Monday and confirm your included zones and final total before paying.
When is a visit confirmed?
First share your preferred date, number of guests and experiences. The team agrees availability, the total price and terms with you. Under the stated MAJI process, payment confirms the visit; sending a request alone does not.
What if I need to cancel, move my visit or arrive late?
Ask MAJI for the applicable cancellation, change, late-arrival and refund terms before payment, including what happens if MAJI changes the arrangement. Make sure you have these terms before confirming your plans.
